경찰공무원의 질병 발생에 대한 탐색 연구
본 연구는 경찰청 산하 경찰병원의 내과, 이비인후과, 안과, 외과, 정형외과, 정신건강의 학과 등 주요 진료과목에서 집계한 경찰공무원의 질병 발생(진료건수)을 연구대상으로 경 찰공무원의 질병 발생에 대해 시계열 분석을 통한 기술적 탐색 연구를 실시하는데 그 목적 이 있다. 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경찰공무원의 질병 발생에 대한 평균추이는 ① 내과 질병은 12월이 9.06%로 가장 높고, 2월이 7.36%로 가장 낮고, ② 이비인후과 질병은 10월이 9.21%로 가장 높고, 8월이 6.97%로 가장 낮으며, ③ 안과 질병은 4월이 9.22%로 가장 높고, 2월이 6.65%로 가장 낮고, ④ 외과 질병은 8월이 12.43%로 가장 높고, 2월이 6.73%로 가장 낮으며, ⑤ 정형외과 질병 은 7월이 8.87%로 가장 높고, 9월이 7.48%로 가장 낮고, ⑥ 정신건강의학과 질병은 7월이 9.01%로 가장 높고, 2월이 7.20%로 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경찰공무원의 질병 발생에 대한 계절분해는 계절요인(S), 추세요인(T), 순환요인 (C), 불규칙요인(R)을 승법모형에 대입하여 ① 내과 질병은 1.076(S) × 2234.517(T․C) × 1.103(R) = 2651.987(F), ② 이비인후과 질병은 1.055(S) × 711.672(T․C) × 1.106(R) = 830.400(F), ③ 안과 질병은 1.007(S) × 402.331(T․C) × 0.968(R) = 392.182(F), ④ 외과 질병은 0.939(S) × 433.594(T․C) × 1.206(R) = 491.016(F), ⑤ 정형외과 질병은 1.035(S) × 2,559.671(T․C) × 1.146(R) = 3,036.051(F), ⑥ 정신건강의학과 질병은 0.975(S) × 237.372(T․C) × 0.947(R) 등으 로 나타났다.
Exploratory Study on Diseases O ccurrence of Police Officers
The purpose of this study is to investigate the disease o ccurrence(number of medical treatment) of police officers collected from major medical courses. The results of the study are as follows. First, the average rates of the disease occurrence of police officers were as follows: ① internal diseases were the highest at 9.06% in December, the lowest at 7.36% in February, ② otolaryngologic diseases were the highest at 9.21% in October, the lowest at 6.97% in August, ③ ophthalmologic diseases were the highest at 9.22% in April, the lowest at 6.65% in February, ④ surgical diseases were the highest at 12.43% in August, the lowest at 6.73% in February, ⑤ orthopedic diseases were the highest at 8.87% in July, the lowest at 7.48% in September, ⑥ mental health diseases were the highest at 9.01% in July, the lowest at 7.20% in February. Second, the seasonal decomposition of the disease occurrence of police officers were described by assigning seasonal factor(S), trend factor(T), circulation factor(C) and irregular factor(R): ① internal diseases were 1.076(S) × 2234.517(T․C) × 1.103(R) = 2651.987(F), ② otolaryngologic diseases were 1.055(S) × 711.672(T․C) × 1.106(R) = 830.400(F), ③ ophthalmologic diseases were 1.007(S) × 402.331(T․C) × 0.968(R) = 392.182(F), ④ surgical diseases were 0.939(S) × 433.594(T․C) × 1.206(R) = 491.016(F), ⑤ orthopedic diseases were 1.035(S) × 2,559.671(T․C) × 1.146(R) = 3,036.051(F), ⑥ mental health diseases were 0.975(S) × 237.372(T․C) × 0.947(R) = 219.171(F).
