민간경비원의 직무스트레스가 이직의도와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 - 교대근무, 운동참여 및 근무기간의 조절효과 분석 -
이 연구는 민간경비원을 대상으로 직무스트레스가 이직의도와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향력과 교대근무, 운동참여 및 근무기간의 조절효과 검증을 통하여 민간경비원의 이직율을 감소시키고 고객지향성을 향상시켜 민간경비 산업에서 효율적인 인력관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하려는 목적으로 진행하였다. 민간경비원 252명의 설문응답을 최종 분석자료로 사용하였으며 SPSS Windows 18.0 과 AMOS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석, 상관분석, 선형회귀분석, 조절회귀분석의 통계적 검정을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 직무스트레스는 이직의도 및 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향력에서 근무기간이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향력에서 교대근무, 운동참여, 근무기간이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 민간경비원의 이직의도와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향요인을 직무스트레스 그리고 교대근무, 운동참여, 근무기간 이라는 관점에서 이해하는데 기여하였으며, 민간경비원의 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향력에서 관계를 조절하는 역할로서 근무기간이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객지향성과는 교대근무, 운동참여, 근무기간이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
The Effect of Private Security Guard’s Job Stress on Turnover Intention and Customer Orientation - Analysis of the Adjustment Effect of Shift Work, Exercise Participation and Working Period -
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job stress on turnover intention and customer orientation, and the moderating effect of shift work, exercise participation, and working period for private security personnel. The survey responses of 252 private security guards were used as the final analysis data, and the following conclusions were drawn through statistical tests of factor analysis, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and controlled regression analysis using SPSS Windows 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical programs. First, job stress was found to affect turnover intention and customer orientation. Second, the effect of job stress on the turnover intention showed that the working period had a moderating effect.Third, shift work, participation in exercise, and working period were found to have a moderating effect on the influence of job stress on turnover intention and customer orientation. From the above results, it contributed to understanding the factors affecting the turnover intention and customer orientation of private security guards in terms of job stress, shift work, athletic participation, and working period.
