Delphi/AHP를 활용한 항공보안경호 직무역량요인 상대적 중요도 분석 연구
본 연구의 목적은 실제 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 항공보안경호의 직무역량요인을 도출하고 상대적 중요도를 분석하여 대학교육 현장에서의 항공보안경호 인재양성 및 전문성 제고를 위한 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 전문가 대상으로 델파이 조사를 통한 문항을 도출하였으며, 최종적으로 도출된 항목을 토대로 항공보안경호 직무역량요인 의 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. 항공경호보안 직무역량요인 도출에 대한 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 항공경호보안 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며, 내용타당도 (CVR), 수렴도, 합의도, 안정도를 통해 전문가 집단의 의견 합의와 내용 타당도를 검증하였 고, Cronbach’s α을 통해 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 또한, 최종적으로 도출된 항목을 토대로 AHP 분석을 통해 전문가 집단의 상대적 중요도 순위를 도출하였으며, 직무역량의 우선순 위를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 위해 스프레드시트인 ‘Microsoft Office Excel 2022’와 ‘Expert Choice 2000’을 이용하여 자료분석을 실시하였다. 항공보안경호 직무역량 요인은 총 20문항으로 구성하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 항공보안경호 직무역량요인 상위요인 중 안전 관리, 결정전략, 전문기술, 업무지식, 심리적특성 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 항공보안경호 직무역량요인 전체요인 중 위기상황대처능력, 문제해결 능력, 항공보안경호 업무 판단력, 상 호 커뮤니케이션, 항공보안경호 업무 능력, 항공보안경호 업무 관련 지식 순으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 항공보안경호 교육에서는 위기상황대처능력과 문제해결 능력 강화를 위해 실 제 시나리오 훈련, 사례 연구와 팀 협업 강화, 그리고 실시간 피드백 및 시뮬레이션 학습을 중심으로 개선이 필요할 것이다.
A Study on the Relative Importance of Aviation Security Protection Job Competency Factors Using Delphi/AHP
The purpose of this study is to derive job competency factors for aviation security and to analyze the relative importance. This study derived questions through the Delphi survey for experts, and analyzed the relative importance of aviation security protection job competency factors based on the finally derived items. As for the research method, Delphi survey and aph analysis were conducted using Microsoft Office Excel 2022 and Expert Choice 2000. As a result of the study, first, the aviation security protection job competency factor consisted of a total of 20 questions. Second, among the top factors of aviation security guard job competency, safety management, decision strategy, professional skills, work knowledge, and psychological characteristics were found in the order. Third, among all aviation security protection job competency factors, crisis response ability, problem-solving ability, aviation security work judgment, mutual communication, aviation security work ability, and knowledge related to aviation security work were found in order.
